Part of the colorful Banana Bay Homeowners Association, Luxury Townhomes of Perdido is a family-friendly gated townhome community in Perdido Key designed for individuals who bask in the relaxation offered by a waterfront setting. Visitors will notice many signs indicating our leisurely lifestyle, but we also ask for mutual respect of all communal areas and individual properties so that everyone is kept safe here. Our 58-unit gated community on the water is physically monitored by Escambia County Law Enforcement Officers for our residents’ peace of mind and protection.

Residents may park their vehicles in their driveways or garages, but we don’t allow outdoor storage of boats or trailers at Luxury Townhomes of Perdido. There is, however, a public boat ramp not far across the Intracoastal Waterway for your convenience, and we also have boat slips available for lease. Our many residents also enjoy our many modern amenities, which include access to a private beach, heated indoor pool and sauna, exercise facilities and more. Only residents and their guests are authorized to use our exclusive amenities, which is just part of what makes living here feel so luxurious.
