Townhome owners are responsible for pest control within their own dwellings and exclusive-use areas.
Our community has partnered with Cox Communications to provide bulk services and ongoing technical support for our townhome residents. The bulk services contract provides the essential level of cable television service and high-speed internet preferred service, as well as a variety of available service upgrades. Townhome owners are encouraged to review Cox Communications’ offerings directly.
We have designated community dumpster locations (blue boxes) located at both the northeast and southwest corners of our property. Please ensure your trash makes it into the actual dumpsters and not just outside them. As a courtesy to your neighbors, please double-bag any containers containing leftover fish and seafood or carcasses, especially during the sweltering summer months.
